As Qatar has a huge workforce based on expatriates the government needs to ensure the authenticity of each employee’s documents.
All job seekers must get their educational documents attested from their home countries and then from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar (MOFA).
Below are some basic requirements that must be completed before getting your documents attested from MOFA Qatar.

For Matriculation and Intermediate (school & college) your documents need to be attested from the following in your home country:
Verification from the School/College
Attested by Inter Board Committee (IBCC)
Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abroad
Attested by the Qatar Embassy in their home countries or by their respective Embassy in Qatar.
Then you can bring the certificates to MOFA Qatar.
For Universities/Degree/Diploma
Attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)
Attested By MOFA Abroad
Attested by the Qatar Embassy in their home countries or by their respective Embassy in Qatar.
At the time of attestation by MOFA Qatar, the candidates must have
University Bonafide Letter

This will be in addition to the set copies from both sides. A debit card will also be required for payment of the document processing.
