Second Annual Forum Strengthens Security Coordination for Doha Bank Stars League

The Establishments and Authorities Security Department, represented by the Sports Security Section, organised the Second Annual Forum, "Integration of Security and Organisational Roles for the Doha Bank Stars League", with the participation of representatives from entities involved in organising and securing sporting events in the country.

The forum was attended by Brigadier General Staff Khalid bin Ahmed Al Thani, Director of the Establishments and Authorities Security Department, and Hani Taleb Ballan, Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Stars League.

Discussions covered security and safety plans, civil defence arrangements and medical plans, as well as coordination procedures among the relevant authorities.

The forum focused on strengthening cooperation between the entities responsible for sporting events to help provide a safe sporting environment aligned with the State of Qatar's vision for the sports sector.

At the conclusion of the forum, Brigadier General Staff Khalid bin Ahmed Al Thani honoured the participating entities in recognition of their efforts in contributing to the success of the event.
