CardzCon 2026 Draws More Than 5,000 Visitors for Qatar’s Premier Trading Card and Collectibles Convention

Supported by Qatar Calendar powered by Visit Qatar, the two-day event brought together 70+ local, regional and international vendors alongside collectors and hobby enthusiasts from Qatar, the GCC and beyond.

Art of Cardz has concluded CardzCon 2026, a large-scale convention dedicated to trading cards and collectibles, welcoming more than 5,000 visitors from across the region and beyond to Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel on 9–10 October.  

Created and hosted by Art of Cardz, CardzCon brought together collectors, traders, vendors, creators and hobby enthusiasts from Qatar, across the GCC, and international markets including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Hong Kong, for two days of trading, discovery and community engagement. 

The show floor featured more than 70 local, regional and international vendors offering TCG cards, graded cards, sealed products, sports cards, collectible figures, accessories, limited-edition collectibles and rare finds. Visitors also took part in live pack openings and interactive activities, buying, selling and trading throughout the two days.  

The turnout reflected steady demand for trading cards and collectibles in Qatar, with visitors and vendors travelling from Qatar, the GCC and beyond to take part in the event’s first edition.

As the Official Signature Partner, Qatar Calendar supported CardzCon as part of Qatar’s calendar of events, bringing together collectors and enthusiasts from Qatar, the GCC and beyond.

Art of Cardz has built its reputation through its retail store, community trading events, exclusive collectibles, and e-commerce platform. Following CardzCon’s first edition, Art of Cardz plans to continue the event on an annual basis, welcoming collectors, vendors and enthusiasts from across the region and beyond to Doha.
