On the advent of the blessed occasion of Eid Al Adha, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani exchanged greetings with Their Majesties, Excellencies and Highnesses leaders of Arab and Islamic countries.
HH the Amir extended his Eid greetings over phone calls to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, HRH Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, as well as the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.

He also exchanged Eid greetings with King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco, Tunisian President Kais Saied, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Iraqi President Dr Barham Salih and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan over different phone calls.
Qatar is all set to celebrate Eid Al Adha 2021, in line with preventive and precautionary measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs announced the timings for the Eid Al Adha prayers. According to the announcement, eid prayers will be performed at 5:10 am on July 20, 2021.
Awqaf has also released a list of mosques and prayer grounds for Eid Al Adha prayer in Qatar. The list includes the name, number and location of mosques and prayer grounds, which will hold the eid prayer.
Earlier, as part of its preparations for Eid Al Adha, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment had also announced that its competent authorities have intensified continuous inspection campaigns in Qatar. The Ministry’s efforts will be focused on controlling food establishments, squares, mosques, roads, public parks, and beaches.
