Many residents may not how to go about contacting their local municipality for help regarding service and delivery, so we’ve put together this quick guide on what to do: 

1. Visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment website   

The MME website is available in both Arabic and English to anyone who requires municipality services. With its clean layout and easy to navigate structure, using the E-Services option is hassle free.

2. Select your service

The site provides a number of services covering most every situation you’re likely to encounter. From Tree Trimming to Abandoned Vehicles and even Rain Water Removal (yes, it does rain in Qatar!), the MME site has you covered for any emergency.

3. Submit your details

Depending on the nature of your request, you’ll need to fill out a few details, including your exact address and in some cases an option of up to three preferred dates for the service to be carried out. Always try and provide as much detail as possible regarding your service request. (Now, if you’re like us and uncertain as to what the difference between an American cockroach and a German cockroach is, we’d suggest a quick google search.)

Once submitted, the municipality will review your request and contact you with further details.
