Qatar shooting continues strong Asian Games campaign

The result continues a successful Asian Games for Qatar’s shooting team.

Earlier in the competition, Qatar won gold medals in both the men’s individual skeet and team skeet events, while Mohammed Al Rumaihi was also part of the men’s trap team that claimed silver on September 29.

Al Rumaihi competed alongside Saeed Hamad Abu Sharib and Angelo Scalzone in that event, with the trio scoring 349 targets to finish behind Kuwait.

The latest mixed team result adds another podium finish for Qatar as the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games continue in Japan through October 4.
