Qatar’s Ministry of Interior, responding to the attacks on Iran, has reaffirmed that the situation in Qatar is stable and secure. It said there were currently no indicators that call for concern regarding internal security.

In a statement, the MoI said security authorities were closely monitoring the situation, in coordination with relevant entities, to ensure the preservation of public security and safety of citizens, residents, and visitors.

It urged the public to refrain from paying attention to rumours and to obtain information only from approved official sources.

They also urged people to avoid sharing unverified videos or news. The Ministry also confirmed that it will keep the public informed of any developments through its official accounts in due course.
