Qatar Airways has been named the winner of the Preferred Business Class category at AirlineRatings.com’s 2026 Flyers' Choice Awards.
The results, announced by AirlineRatings.com on August 11, are based entirely on traveller votes, distinguishing the Flyers' Choice Awards from the publication’s World’s Safest Airlines and World’s Best Airline awards, which are assessed by its expert editorial team.
Qatar Airways took first place in the Preferred Business Class category, with AirlineRatings.com highlighting the popularity of its Qsuite product among travellers. Emirates finished second, while Singapore Airlines placed third.
The airline also secured second place in the Middle East and Africa regional ranking of passengers’ preferred airlines. Emirates topped the regional category, while Etihad Airways finished third.
The 2026 Flyers' Choice Awards recognise airlines across a range of passenger-voted categories, including preferred cabin classes, cabin crew, aircraft livery and regional airline preferences.
