Qatar Media Corporation Participates in the 2026 BilArabi Forum

Qatar Media Corporation is taking part in the second edition of the annual “BilArabi” Forum 2026, one of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development’s initiatives. The forum opened today at the Education City Student Center and runs for two days under the theme “With Our Ideas We Build.”

The Corporation’s participation as a media partner supports initiatives that strengthen the presence of the Arabic language and reinforce its use in media and knowledge. It also contributes to bringing the forum’s message and content to a wider audience and raising awareness of its goals and initiatives.

At the forum, the Corporation has a pavilion introducing the “Media Encyclopedia,” one of its specialized knowledge projects. The encyclopedia provides Arabic content documenting media concepts, terminology and theories, as well as prominent media figures and influential institutions, using an academic approach that connects media knowledge with its intellectual and historical contexts.

Ali Issa, official spokesperson for Qatar Media Corporation, said the media partnership with the “BilArabi” Forum reflects the Corporation’s interest in initiatives that strengthen the Arabic language’s presence in the media landscape and broaden opportunities to use and develop its tools in various professional and knowledge fields. He affirmed the Corporation’s commitment to supporting projects that enrich Arabic media content.

He explained that the “Media Encyclopedia” is one of the knowledge projects reflecting the Corporation’s interest in documenting media concepts and terminology in Arabic and presenting them in an academic framework that provides a specialized reference for professionals, researchers and others interested in the field.
