Qatar welcomes first leisure charter flight from Armenia

Qatar on Friday welcomed its first leisure charter flight from Yerevan, Armenia, at the Hamad International Airport, supporting the continued growth of inbound leisure tourism and the diversification of source markets.

Running until May 15, 2027, with one flight per week, the charter programme is expected to bring approximately 6,500 visitors from Armenia, further strengthening tourism ties between the two countries, Qatar Tourism said.
