Qatari Aircraft Carrying Field Hospital Arrives in Colombia to Support Earthquake Victims
A Qatari Armed Forces aircraft has arrived in Colombia carrying a fully equipped field hospital provided by Qatar Fund for Development to support people affected by the country's recent earthquake.
The field hospital is intended to support Colombian health authorities and medical facilities in earthquake-affected areas, helping provide urgent healthcare to those affected and maintain medical services during the emergency response.
The Qatari International Search and Rescue Group, part of the Internal Security Force "Lekhwiya", is participating in equipping and delivering the hospital to help medical services begin quickly for beneficiaries.
The deployment forms part of Qatar's humanitarian response to communities affected by natural disasters and crises.
