The AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 has been postponed, with the tournament now scheduled to take place from December 23, 2027 to January 21, 2028.

The competition was originally due to begin on January 7, 2027 and conclude on February 5.

The new tournament window begins on December 23, 2027 and continues until January 21, 2028.

Saudi Arabia will host the competition for the first time, with 24 national teams taking part in the 19th edition of the AFC Asian Cup.

The tournament had previously been scheduled across Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar.
