HE Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, arrived in Doha this morning for a working visit to the State of Qatar.
Al-Zaidi is Iraq’s serving Prime Minister, having previously been named Prime Minister-designate in April 2026 before assuming office.
Official reception at Doha International Airport
Upon his arrival at Doha International Airport, the Iraqi Prime Minister and the accompanying delegation were received by HE Dr Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Khulaifi, Minister of State at Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
HE Mohammed Jaafar Al-Sadr, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Qatar, was also present to welcome the delegation.
