Three new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been recorded in Qatar, the country's Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) announced today.
Out of these, two are Qatari citizens while the third case is that of their family member, who is of a different nationality not disclosed yet.

All three individuals confirmed to have the virus had recently returned to Qatar from Iran.
The Ministry confirmed that all three have been admitted to Hamad Medical Corporation's Communicable Diseases Center and remain under strict isolation and infection control procedures.
The individuals have not had any contact with the wider community ever since their arrival in the country.
It reiterated that the risk of the coronavirus spreading in the country still remains low.
With the three additional cases reported today, the total number of coronavirus cases in Qatar has reached 11.
