Qatar Leadership Center (QLC) celebrated the graduation of its 13th cohort - Qiyadat 2026 - which included 122 graduates from the National Leadership Program and 44 graduates from the Executive Master’s in Leadership Programme.
The ceremony was attended by QLC Chairperson HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director HE Sheikh Dr Abdulla bin Ali bin Saud Al Thani, along with ministers, senior officials, faculty members, and graduates’ families.

In her speech, HE Sheikha Al Mayassa stressed that investing in people remains a long-term strategic priority for Qatar, emphasizing that leadership development is essential to achieving the country’s future vision.
She highlighted the importance of preserving national identity, language, and authenticity amid rapid global and technological transformations. She urged graduates to embrace leadership as a responsibility rooted in integrity, competence, and service to the nation.
QLC General Manager Abdulla Mohammed Khalifa Albinali said the programme focused on developing competencies, strategic thinking, and international educational experiences aligned with global standards to strengthen leadership skills and broaden participants’ professional and knowledge horizons.

He encouraged graduates to continue building on their expertise, become role models of innovation and national values, and contribute to Qatar’s development with adaptable leadership and strategic vision.
