The first event of the National Human Rights Committee's "Together We Work" campaign was held in collaboration with the Qatar Red Crescent Society, the event was held at workers' health clinics (QRCS).
The purpose of the event was to raise labor law and labor rights awareness by hosting them throughout the day to answer any concerns they may have about the laws and their rights. The purpose of the event was also to create awareness about the NHRC's involvement in this area.

The event aims to reach the biggest segment of workers, according to Abdullah Ali Al Mahmoud, director of the NHRC's public relations department. Given their standing as a primary partner in the development process, the event aims to reach the broadest segment of workers. He went on to say that working together with the Qatar Red Crescent enabled both sides agree to focus on QRCS-covered health clinics for the next three weeks.
According to Adel Jassim Al Kuwari, Director of the Supply Department in the Medical Affairs Sector of QRCS, the collaboration will benefit a broad segment of the expat worker community of various countries. He stated that the four health centers supervised by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) offered healthcare to 1.2 million visitors last year.
Healthcare has always been an integral part of Qatar. The government by way of undertaking measures as such aims to provide prompt and efficient healthacre to all its citizens, residents as well as visiotrs.
