The foundations for the multi-service Al Rayyan Charitable Center project are being laid by Qatar Charity in the Naryn Governorate of the Kyrgyz Republic. The multi-service center will feature a health center, a school and kindergarten, 30 housing units, a mosque, a Quran memorization center, and a sewing workshop.
It has been estimated that the multi-center will cost over QAR 5.2 million and aim to reach over 18,000 orphans, low-income families, and residents of the targeted area.

Sader Jabrov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the Acting President of the Republic, expressed his sincere gratitude to the government and the people of Qatar for their support during the ceremony. Moreover, Jabrov thanked Qatar Charity for its humanitarian and development efforts in the Kyrgyz Republic.
His Excellency the Ambassador of the State of Qatar, Mr. Abdullah Al-Sulaiti, gave a speech in which he explained that this strategic project comes within the framework of strengthening relations between the two friendly countries; it aims to alleviate the suffering of orphans and low-income families to provide them with a decent life.

The Director of Programs at Qatar Charity Office in Kyrgyzstan Muhammad Hammam Al-Samman explained that the project aims to provide integrated community services to protect vulnerable groups, to improve their living conditions, and provide educational facilities for their children, as a contribution to enhancing student’s opportunities to complete their education.
