Qatar Foundation has served as a hub of scientific and educational collaboration, stimulating idea generation, talent nurturing and knowledge sharing for over 25 years now.
As it continues supporting talented youth to become leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow, the organization has launched its 25th Anniversary Scholarships.
Under the scholarship opportunity presented by QF’s Pre-University Education section, 19 high school students will be given the scholarship to continue their educational journey in Grades 11 and 12 at one of the five QF schools in the 2021/22 academic year.

Applications for the scholarships are now open to all current Grade 10 students who are not registered in a QF school. The selection criteria will primarily be based on outstanding academic performance but good conduct and active participation in their school will also be considered.
Additionally, QF member Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) has selected six students entering its Master’s programs to receive two-year 25th Anniversary Scholarships.
The selected students are Qatari, Palestinian, Indian, Iraqi, and Ethiopian, and are undertaking Master’s degrees at HBKU’s Colleges of Public Policy, Science and Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health and Life Sciences, Law, and Islamic Studies.
President of Pre-University Education, QF, Buthaina Ali Al Nuaimi commented, “The QF 25th Anniversary scholarships provided by QF’s Pre-University Education will bring the goals of such students further within their reach. We are delighted to offer this unique opportunity – one that reflects QF’s dedication to providing quality, accessible education, and to investing in those who will shape the future.”
