British and Irish nationals and third-country nationals with residence rights in the UK arriving in England from Qatar will be required to quarantine in a hotel.
Different rules apply for arrivals into Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Travel to Qatar is subject to entry restrictions:
- From August 1, 2020, British nationals outside of Qatar holding Qatar residence permits can enter the country, subject to receiving prior approval.
- From November 29, 2020, any resident leaving Qatar will receive their exceptional entry permit automatically.
Further quarantine may be required depending on your test results.
