Visit Qatar heads to Arabian Travel Market 2026 in Dubai with 50 tourism partners

Visit Qatar will participate in the 33rd edition of Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026, taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 14 to 17.

The event, one of the Middle East’s leading travel industry gatherings, will be held under the theme “Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology.”

Visit Qatar will lead a delegation of 50 tourism partners, including hotels and destination management companies, as part of efforts to strengthen industry relationships and promote Qatar to travel professionals from around the world.

650 sqm Qatar Pavilion

The Qatar Pavilion will be located in Saeed Hall, Stand ME1520 and span approximately 650 square metres across a double-deck design.

The stand will feature a range of interactive experiences intended to give visitors a closer look at Qatar’s tourism offering.

One of the main attractions will be an Immersive Room, using tablet-controlled visual, audio and atmospheric elements to introduce visitors to some of Qatar’s well-known destinations.

Qatari culture showcased through live activities

The pavilion will also highlight Qatar’s cultural heritage through live demonstrations and hands-on experiences.

Visitors will be able to explore activities including:

  • Arabic calligraphy
  • Misbah making
  • Agal making
  • Traditional craft demonstrations

The activations are designed to introduce travel professionals to elements of Qatari culture while highlighting how heritage forms part of the wider visitor experience.

Qatar Calendar to spotlight upcoming events

Qatar Calendar will also have a prominent presence at the pavilion, showcasing the country’s upcoming events, festivals and experiences.

The feature will give tourism professionals a broader view of Qatar’s year-round events offering and potential travel opportunities for visitors.

Focus on global tourism partnerships

ATM brings together tourism boards, airlines, hotels, technology providers and travel professionals from international markets, with this year’s programme placing a strong emphasis on innovation, AI and the future of travel.

Through its participation, Visit Qatar aims to strengthen Qatar’s international tourism profile, build industry partnerships and promote the country’s mix of culture, hospitality, events and destination experiences to the global travel trade.
