Google Launches New Photo Editing Features

Google announced a collection of new updates for its Google Photos service, including five features designed to make it easier to organise and edit photos and create distinctive memories, in addition to new tools for improving privacy in images.

The updates include using the "Gemini Spark" tool to edit a group of photos and the "Moods" feature, which provides styles inspired by vintage photography, with new options that emulate 35mm film and digital cameras.

The company also expanded its collection of "Remix" photo templates to provide more creative options when modifying images. The updates additionally include the "Wardrobe" feature, which converts photos of clothing in a user's library into a digital wardrobe, alongside the launch of an enhanced tool that allows users to hide specific parts of images, particularly information or text they do not wish to share.

Most of these features are available to a wide range of the service's users, while some functions are limited to Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra subscribers in the United States.
