Government entities across Qatar completed 42,227 transactions through government service centres in July, according to figures released by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recorded the highest volume during the month, completing 18,757 transactions, followed by the Ministry of Justice with 8,730, the Ministry of Labour with 6,659, and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with 4,280.
Together, those four entities accounted for more than 90% of all transactions completed through the centres during July.
Other government entities recorded lower transaction volumes. The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau completed 1,031 services, while the General Electricity and Water Corporation, Kahramaa, processed 794.
The Ministry of Social Development and Family completed 676 transactions, followed by the Ministry of Municipality with 527 and Qatar Central Securities Depository, Edaa, with 410.
The Supreme Judiciary Council recorded 188 transactions, while the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority completed 97 and Qatar Development Bank recorded 78.
The bureau also reported that users completed 4,582 service-evaluation surveys during July.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs received the largest number of survey responses with 1,903, followed by the Ministry of Justice with 1,127, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with 540, and the Ministry of Labour with 499.
The figures provide a monthly overview of activity across government service centres and the volume of feedback submitted by users following their interactions with participating entities.
