The Ministry of Transport (MOT) has announced the full resumption of maritime navigation activities for all types of vessels and ships, effective immediately.
According to the ministry, maritime operations can now proceed as normal following the latest update.
While announcing the resumption, the MOT reminded vessel owners, operators and seafarers to continue complying with all applicable maritime regulations and official instructions.
The ministry also stressed the importance of ensuring that all required safety and security equipment is available on board before departure and throughout each journey to maintain the highest standards of safety at sea.
The announcement forms part of the Ministry of Transport's ongoing efforts to promote safe navigation and protect everyone using Qatar's maritime waters.
