The Shura Council held its regular weekly session today at its headquarters at Tamim bin Hamad Hall, under the chairmanship of HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim.

At the outset of the session, the Shura Council praised the participation of His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani in the eighth summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum in Moscow, stressing its importance in enhancing global energy security.
