Jiang Yiting delivered a strong performance to win the women’s skeet gold medal at the ISSF World Championship Doha 2026 with 34 hits. She finished two targets ahead of Che Yufei, who claimed silver with 32, while Jiang Chaoyu completed an all-Chinese podium with 27 hits.
The final remained closely contested as the field gradually narrowed, with all three Chinese athletes maintaining their challenges for the podium. Jiang Yiting ultimately prevailed, adding the world title to China’s success in the event.
The final also carried significance for Olympic qualification, with Jiang Yiting’s gold-medal performance securing an LA28 quota place for China. Slovakia and Kazakhstan earned quota places through their athletes’ results, as Monika Stibrava finished fourth with 24 hits and Assem Orynbay placed fifth with 20.
