The fourth edition of the Qatar Toy Festival (QTF) has concluded after welcoming more than 148,000 visitors, its highest attendance to date.
Held over a month at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, the event was organised by Qatar Calendar with Spacetoon Group as part of Visit Qatar’s Hala Summer campaign, under the theme ‘More to Imagine, A Whole World of Fun,’ and sponsored by Qatar Media Corporation, Ooredoo, Badr Go and Teyseer Motors.
Visitors came from across the region, with Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE the top three nationalities. Spread across 23,264 square metres and four halls, QTF featured seven themed zones, 63 international brands, 33 activity corners and 480 stage shows, creating an immersive experience for all ages.
Running in parallel, the QTF Summer Camp 2026 hosted 417 children aged 4-12 over four weeks, delivering 76 documented workshop tracks in STEM, chemistry, art, engineering, robotics and Arabic.
The closing ceremony included an interactive MC segment with a recap video, an inspiring talk by Rateel AlShehri, a dance show by QTF mascots and a colourful balloon drop.
Ahmed Al Binali, Director of Festivals and Events at Visit Qatar, said the festival has become a defining highlight of the summer season and a key driver of family tourism, reflecting Visit Qatar’s commitment to innovative events that reinforce the country’s position as a leading destination for family-focused large-scale experiences.
