QCAA cancels licence of Mohammed Noor Tours and Travel over regulatory violation

The Qatar Civil Aviation Authority has announced the cancellation of the operating licence of Mohammed Noor Tours and Travel.

According to an official notice issued by QCAA, the company’s licence to operate as a travel agency has been cancelled following a violation of the provisions of Law No. 3 of 2025, which regulates travel and air cargo agencies in Qatar.

Licence to operate revoked

The penalty imposed by QCAA is the cancellation of the agency’s licence to operate as a travel agency.

The authority did not provide further details in the notice about the specific nature of the violation.

QCAA reminds agencies to comply

Alongside the announcement, QCAA urged all travel and air cargo agencies operating in Qatar to fully comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

The authority also stressed that businesses must obtain the necessary licences before conducting any activity in the sector.

The notice forms part of QCAA’s regulatory role in overseeing travel and air cargo agencies operating in the country.
