Had a problem with a limousine ride in Qatar? Here’s where to report it

Passengers who experience problems with the quality of limousine services in Qatar can report them directly to the Ministry of Transport through its official communication channels.

The Ministry has reminded residents and visitors not to hesitate to submit a complaint or report if they face service-quality issues during a limousine journey.

How can you contact the Ministry of Transport?

The Ministry lists the following official channels:

Call: 16016

Email: info@mot.gov.qa

Website: mot.gov.qa

The Ministry’s main contact page also lists +974 4045 1111 as an additional telephone number.

Passengers should provide as much information as possible about the incident when submitting a complaint, such as the limousine company, vehicle details, date and time of the journey and the nature of the problem.

What types of services does the Ministry regulate?

The Ministry of Transport regulates limousine companies and passenger-transport services operating through electronic applications in Qatar.

Its oversight covers licensing requirements as well as standards relating to vehicles, drivers, safety and service quality.

The Ministry regularly conducts inspection campaigns, including checks on limousine companies and operators providing passenger transport through mobile applications.

During the first quarter of 2026, Ministry inspections identified 32 violations among passenger-transport operators.
