Media City Qatar And Es’hailSat Launch Satellite Broadcasting Packages

Media City Qatar and Es’hailSat have launched an exclusive package of satellite broadcasting services for companies licensed by Media City Qatar.

The announcement was made on the sidelines of IBC 2026, currently taking place in Amsterdam. The packages combine Es’hailSat’s satellite solutions with broadcasting infrastructure and related media services.

Available services include direct-to-home television broadcasting, broadcast contribution, broadband and enterprise connectivity, and access to a Tier IV certified ground station with ISO certifications.

The packages also include value-added services such as antenna hosting, data centres, co-location, playout and media asset management.

The solutions are designed for television and radio broadcasters, digital media and online streaming platforms, production and post-production companies, technology and telecommunications firms, creative organisations, and start-ups and high-growth businesses.

Media City Qatar CEO Hamad Omar Al-Mannai said the partnership would provide licensed companies with the infrastructure and support needed to strengthen their capabilities and access new regional opportunities.

Es’hailSat CEO Ali Ahmed Al-Kuwari said the partnership would give companies exclusive access to satellite services and infrastructure, helping them manage operating costs and expand audience reach across the Middle East and North Africa.

The initiative follows a memorandum of understanding signed by Media City Qatar and Es’hailSat in April 2026.
