The Ministry of Municipality has outlined three official channels for residents to report rain-related emergencies during the rainy season in Qatar.
According to the Ministry, members of the public can submit reports by calling the Unified Contact Centre on 184, using the Aoun mobile application, or visiting the Ministry's official website.
These channels provide residents with telephone and digital options for reporting rain-related municipal issues, including the accumulation of rainwater in public areas.
The Unified Contact Centre serves as a central point for receiving municipal emergency reports. Reports concerning rainwater accumulation are referred to the relevant municipal authorities for follow-up and appropriate action.
Residents requiring assistance with rain-related municipal issues can use any of the three designated reporting channels during the rainy season.
